Important plan conditions
- Unused adjustment allowances and hours do not roll over.
- Adjustments are limited to existing website content and structure.
- New pages, major redesigns, complex features, major repairs, and substantial migrations are not automatically included.
- Additional work is discussed with and approved by the customer before it begins.
- Premium includes up to three adjustment requests, capped at three total hours per month — not three adjustments plus three extra hours.
- Complete’s six hours are for website adjustments only. They do not provide unlimited technical support, incident response, major repairs, or other work excluded from the plan.
- Sermon.net integration (Premium & Complete) covers the initial agreed integration, not unlimited subsequent modifications. Later changes must fit within the plan’s adjustment allowance or be quoted separately.
- Security checks do not guarantee that a website will never be compromised or experience downtime.

Sermon.net website integration
LoTyde can integrate supported Sermon.net streaming players, media centers, or links into a customer’s website so visitors can access live streams and recorded sermons directly from the site.
Who handles what?
- LoTyde Tech Assistance: Builds the website, performs the agreed integration, and maintains the website under the selected plan.
- The church / organization: Owns and manages its Sermon.net account, uploads sermons, manages recordings, and operates its livestreams.
- Sermon.net: Provides the streaming platform and its platform support.
Sunday is LoTyde’s regular day off. No Sunday livestream operation or emergency streaming support is included. The customer pays Sermon.net directly; its subscription, equipment, and any additional third-party charges are separate from LoTyde’s website pricing.
