After your 3 included Care Plan hours, additional service is $40/hour, billed in 30-minute increments at $20 per half hour.

Appointments longer than 1 hour should be scheduled in advance. Unused hours do not roll over.
Parts, materials, devices, accessories, software, subscriptions, and third-party products are always billed separately. Unused hours do not roll over. Travel fees may still apply outside the primary service area.
Fixed packages use a set number of Care Plan hours (based on the service, not always the clock time). Hourly work uses the actual time spent.
