LoTyde Tech LLC collects only what we need to serve you: your name, contact details, service and device details, and payment records. We use it to provide service, send invoices and receipts, and answer you. We do not sell or rent your information.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's handling is covered by its Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy).

We share info only with providers that help us run the business (such as payment, email, and website hosting) or when the law requires it.

Our site uses only essential and payment-security cookies, with no advertising or tracking cookies.

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you, plus as long as tax and business records must be kept.

When working on your device, we access personal files only with your permission and only as needed for the service you asked for. We do not copy or keep your personal data unless that service requires it (for example, a data backup or data transfer), and then only as needed for that service. We recommend backing up before service.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, and if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by Pennsylvania law.

Our services are not directed to children under 13.
